Delete Your Bravo Gym Account and Data
You can delete your account from inside the app in under a minute, or ask us to delete it by email without installing anything.
From the App (Fastest)
- Open Bravo Gym.
- Tap the circle with your initials at the top right of the home screen to open Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account. If your account has never been signed in with Google or an email address, it reads Delete my data.
- Read what will be deleted, then tap Delete.
- If your account is connected to Google, choose the same Google account when asked. This confirms it is you.
Your data is deleted straight away, and the app starts again on a fresh, empty account.
If the app cannot remove your sign-in itself, it tells you so. Your data is still deleted; email us and we remove the sign-in as well.
Without the App
Email admin@shahzebspeaks.com from the email address on your account, or the one you connected with Google, with the subject Delete my Bravo Gym account.
If you do not have that address, ask at the gym's reception and they will confirm who you are.
We delete your account within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What Is Deleted
Your profile
- Name, email and phone number
- Sex, year of birth, height and goal
- Your step and sleep targets
- The membership expiry date the gym entered on it
- The notification token for your phone
Everything you logged
- Weight and body measurements
- Food, water and meal plans
- Steps and sleep
- Workouts, runs and cardio, and training sessions
- Your weekly training split
- Fee records
Your sign-in is deleted too, including the link to your Google account.
What Is Kept
Kept by the gym
- The days you checked in at the gym — its attendance register
- Your weekly quiz answers — its prize record
These records still show the name you gave the app, next to a random account number. Deleting your account does not remove them, and they have no automatic deletion date.
Email us and we will remove them within 30 days — the same address and subject as above, or add it to your deletion request.
Progress photos are never uploaded, so there is nothing of them to delete on our side. They stay on your phone until you delete them in the app or uninstall it.
