Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be outlined in individual project proposals or agreements.
3. Client Obligations
To ensure successful project completion, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information and materials needed for the project
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Ensure they have rights to any content, images, or materials provided
Delays caused by failure to meet these obligations may result in extended timelines or additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established in individual project proposals. General terms include:
- A deposit of 50% is typically required before work begins
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion, before final delivery
- Large projects may use milestone-based payments
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, cryptocurrency
- Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of project-specific deliverables. However:
- I retain the right to display work samples in my portfolio
- Pre-existing code, templates, or frameworks remain my property or their respective owners
- Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) are subject to their own licenses
- Clients are responsible for licensing any third-party assets used in their projects
6. Confidentiality
I respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during projects. I will not disclose project details, business strategies, or personal information to third parties without explicit consent.
For psychology counseling services, strict ethical guidelines and confidentiality protocols apply, in accordance with professional standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
While I strive for excellence, I cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., search rankings, sales figures). My services are provided "as is" based on professional expertise.
I am not liable for:
- Third-party service failures (hosting, domains, plugins)
- Data loss due to client negligence or external factors
- Business losses or indirect damages
- Issues arising from modifications made by third parties
Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:
- Client pays for work completed up to termination date
- Deposits are generally non-refundable (work has been allocated)
- I will deliver any completed work upon payment
- Ongoing support or maintenance agreements can be cancelled with 30 days notice
