Freelancing has an admin problem that scales badly: at three clients you remember everything, at twelve you do not, and the thing you forget is always an invoice.

This holds clients, projects, invoices and expenses in a single file that opens in any browser. Invoice numbers increment automatically and continue from the highest you have used, so deleting one cannot reissue a number a client already has — which sounds like a detail until it happens.

The dashboard shows what you invoiced this month, how much is outstanding across all time, what is overdue and by how many days, and your profit after expenses. Money owed does not stop being owed because the month rolled over, so unpaid is counted across all of it rather than only this month.

Each project carries what it cost you, so the margin column tells you which client is actually worth having. That is frequently not the one paying the most.

Everything lives in your browser on your device. Nothing is uploaded, which is why it works with no internet connection and why nobody else can see your clients — and it also means clearing your browsing data deletes it. The tool does not pretend otherwise: the header shows how long since your last export at all times, turns amber after three days and red after seven, and export is one click that produces a plain file you keep. That is the honest trade, and it is stated here rather than discovered later.
