Salon and Beauty Appointment Manager

Salon software is mostly built for salons with several staff and a receptionist, priced monthly, and it wants your client list on somebody else’s server. A single chair or a two-person team needs almost none of that.

This is one file that holds the clients, the appointments, the takings and the expenses. Client notes are there for the thing that actually matters in this trade: what they had last time, what colour, what they said they did not like.

Statuses include no-show and cancelled, because both happen and both need to be visible. An appointment marked no-show is not a takings figure and should not quietly become one.

The dashboard shows what you took this month, what is still owed if you invoice rather than take payment on the day, what is overdue, and your profit after products and stock.

It is not a public booking system. Clients cannot see it and cannot book into it — which is the same reason nobody but you can see their details.

Everything lives in your browser on your device. Nothing is uploaded, which is why it works with no internet connection and why nobody else can see your clients — and it also means clearing your browsing data deletes it. The tool does not pretend otherwise: the header shows how long since your last export at all times, turns amber after three days and red after seven, and export is one click that produces a plain file you keep. That is the honest trade, and it is stated here rather than discovered later.
