It places everyone on the grid, logs what changed in the calibration meeting, and checks the two problems that spoil most reviews: everyone rated into the middle, and potential rated as a copy of performance.

A group check compares each group’s share of the top three boxes with the highest group’s share, and the succession sheet flags key roles without a ready-now successor.
