Reselling has one number everybody watches and one nobody does. The one everybody watches is what a good flip made. The one nobody watches is what the spare room is full of.

This tracks both. Each item records what you paid, where you found it and when — and that date is the one that matters, because days held is how dead stock stops being invisible. A $9 find that has sat for eleven months is not a $9 find, it is $9 you cannot spend on something that would have sold.

Each sale records the platform, the fee, the postage you charged and the postage you actually paid. eBay is commonly around 13% plus a fixed charge, Poshmark and Depop and Vinted all differ, and the preview shows what the flip really made as you type — next to the number you had in your head, and the gap between them.

Sell-through is on the dashboard because per-item margin flatters everybody. Sourcing forty things and selling twelve of them at a good margin is not a good month, and no per-sale figure will ever say so.

Sales export as CSV, which is the file your accountant actually wants and the one you cannot get out of most marketplace apps.

Everything lives in your browser on your device. Nothing is uploaded, which is why it works offline and why nobody else can see your figures — and it also means clearing your browsing data deletes it. The tool does not pretend otherwise: the header shows how long since your last export at all times, turns amber after three days and red after seven, and export is one click that produces a plain file you keep.
