Photography Business Manager

A photography business has a longer pipeline than most: an enquiry becomes a booking, a booking becomes a shoot, a shoot becomes an edit, and an edit becomes a delivery. Somewhere in that chain the invoice is supposed to happen, and it is the step that most often slips.

This tracks the whole thing. Shoots move through enquiry, booked, shot, delivered and invoiced, so at a glance you can see which ones are waiting on you and which are waiting on the client.

Each shoot records what it cost you: second shooter, travel, props, prints, album. The margin column then tells you the truth about your packages, which is regularly that the mid-tier one is your best work and your worst business.

Invoices carry a number that increments on its own, a due date, and a paid flag. The dashboard lists overdue ones oldest first, and shows what you invoiced this month against what you actually spent.

Everything lives in your browser on your device. Nothing is uploaded, which is why it works with no internet connection and why nobody else can see your clients — and it also means clearing your browsing data deletes it. The tool does not pretend otherwise: the header shows how long since your last export at all times, turns amber after three days and red after seven, and export is one click that produces a plain file you keep. That is the honest trade, and it is stated here rather than discovered later.

One HTML file. No account, no subscription, no internet needed. It opens on Windows, Mac and Android, and the readme explains the extra step on iPhone and iPad, where Apple blocks JavaScript in downloaded files and every tool of this kind is affected.
