Twelve ninety-nine a month is designed to feel like nothing. A hundred and fifty-six pounds a year is designed never to be seen at all, and the difference between those two framings is the entire business model.

This puts everything on the same scale. Enter what you pay and how often, and every line comes back annualised and sorted with the most expensive at the top — which is usually not the one anybody would have guessed.

Then it does the thing that actually gets a subscription cancelled: cost per use. A gym at forty-two a month attended twice is twenty-one pounds a visit. Nobody who has seen that number keeps paying it, and almost nobody has ever worked it out.

It also separates two different problems that get lumped together. Things you have not opened in three months are one list. Things you have never used at all are another, and that second list is the one people are most surprised by. Something never opened has no cost per use — the tool says “never used” rather than showing a price, because there is no price to show.

Save as many versions as you like and put any two side by side, figure against figure, with the better one on each line marked and the difference in its own column. That screen is the one that decides things, and it is the part a free calculator cannot do at all. Save one audit today, cancel what you decided to cancel, save a second one afterwards, and the two columns show you what ten minutes of admin was worth.

It cannot see your bank and it cancels nothing. You fill it in from your own statement, which is exactly why no account details go anywhere near it. The work it saves is the arithmetic, not the looking.

Everything lives in your browser on your device. Nothing is uploaded, which is why it works offline and why nobody else can see your figures — and it also means clearing your browsing data deletes it. The tool does not pretend otherwise: the header shows how long since your last export at all times, turns amber after three days and red after seven, and export is one click that produces a plain file you keep.
